COVID POLICY

Please note that although Kids Pantry will follow all Government COVID rules we will be unable to offer refunds if we are forced to go into mandatory lockdown.  As a customer of Kids Pantry you will need to agree to following all COVID policies and procedures before entering our premises. All guests are to sign in to the COVID CBR App

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Cooking Classes & Party Events at Kids Pantry

We DO NOT offer refunds or credit notes:

 - for ‘change of mind’ reasons or

 - non-attendances due to illness or injury;

 - if a Person does not attend a scheduled Event or class; or

 - if a Person fails to meet these Terms and Conditions & Policies.

​Please note: Classes and gift cards are non redeemable for cash

 

Cancelling a Kids Pantry Party with less than two (2) weeks notice:

 - If a booking is cancelled with less than two (2) weeks before your scheduled booking, the balance becomes immediately payable, and is not refundable.

Rescheduling a Kids Pantry Party within one to four (2-4) weeks notice:

 - If you decide you’d like to reschedule an Event two to four (2-4) weeks before your event an additional fee of $250 will be charged. Please note that a suitable alternative date may not be available so please keep that in mind before rescheduling.

Damages and issues on delivered goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food or food containers, ebooks, downloadable programs), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hygiene or skincare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If your product has been agreed that it is a returnable item by management, you will be asked to send the product back unused and in original condition and packaging. Once Item has been returned and inspected, you will receive your refund if applicable. Please Note: We do not refund shipping or postage. 

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
